About our company
Based in Kelso in the Scottish Borders, Simply Mortgages Plus provides expert mortgage and insurance advice to clients throughout the Borders, although we have clients throughout the UK. We are a small company specialising in finding the best mortgage and remortgage deals to suit individual needs, and can also offer competitive insurance quotes from a range of providers.
We take pride in personal service and attention to detail, ensuring our clients are kept fully informed throughout the advice process. Our office is normally open from Tuesday to Friday. Flexible appointments are available outwith office hours if required, either in the Simply Mortgages Plus office or in your own home. If you would prefer an alternative to a face-to-face appointment, we are happy to set up a video call instead.

We act on behalf of our clients and not on behalf of the mortgage provider.
